'Saint' Gary as I now have to call him built websites for two of my clients and lets say they (no fault of his or Step3) dragged on for quite a while. I had an existing website with Squarespace which I'd most definitely outgrown in terms of functionality, but was otherwise relatively happy with the design and content. Initially I'd had help from a Squarespace expert but it still wasn't right and caused lots of frustrations so I reached out to Step3, knowing I wanted to move to WordPress. Gary and Nicole rebuilt my site in WordPress but without the all the glitches and it now works perfectly and does exactly what I wanted.
